1. How does this work? Dr. Slenders Weight Loss Program is not a diet. It teaches you how to eat not what to eat. You are not told what to eat because this is why all diets eventually fail. You are told only to eat when you are hungry.
2. Is it a diet? No this is not a diet. No pills to take, no counting calories or fat grams, no special foods. Nothing else to buy. Just listen to your CD every day.
3. Will I gain the weight back? Know you will not gain the weight back, If you follow the same eating habits that helped you loose the weight and listen to your CD every day. You will love this program because you can eat and drink whatever you want.
4. Must I exercise? This is a funny question and the answer is not what you expect. No you don't have to exercise to loose weight but........ as you loose weight and your mental and energy level increase you will be looking for things to do, and guess what, you will find yourself wanting to exercise. You know longer will be content sitting on your fanny watching the boob tube all evening.
5. Does it work best for men or women? There is no difference. Both men and women do equally well on this program. Even children can benefit from this method.
6. How long does it take to start seeing results? Each persons metabolism is different but you should start noticing results right away. It usually takes a few sessions to fully understand the program and implement it into your daily routine.
